FIN-NOR – Miami, Fl.
Designed by Gar Wood Jr. and made in Miami Florida this bulletproof reel hit the market in 1959 just after Charlie Dunn of Southern Tackle had purchased the company. The Fin-Nor spinner came in two different sizes, the "No.3" and the larger "No.4" size. The Gar Wood Jr. designed spinning reels have a fixed bail and cost $125.00 when new. Although the Gar Wood Jr. spinning reel sold quite well production of this handmade reel was discontinued in 1970.
